التطبيق موجه للمتقدمين البالغين، غير أن برنامج DV Lottery يتطلب تضمين بيانات وصور جميع أفراد الأسرة في الطلب، بمن فيهم الأطفال والرضع بغض النظر عن أعمارهم.
لذلك قد يجمع التطبيق بيانات وصور أشخاص من جميع الأعمار بما فيها القاصرون، وذلك حصرًا بناءً على إدخال ولي الأمر أو المتقدم الرئيسي وللغرض الوحيد المتمثل في إعداد طلب اللوتري.
